Austral Place 88 via the Merri River is situated in Dennington 3km on the Port Fairy side of Warrnambool CBD one block North of Princess Hway. No carry over road noise and a nice quite peaceful atmosphere, there is a newly built Woolworth's complex nearby with doctor/chemist, coffee cafe, takeaway shop & bake-house opening hrs 7am to 10pm. We also have a Post Office & Milk Bar adjacent to the apartment. Walking distance from picturesque Merri River and boating facility which is renowned for brown trout fishing,

The Property

The air-conditioned vacation home is composed of 7 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and 5 bathrooms. The vacation home also has a flat-screen TV, a seating area, washing machine and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The vacation home has a picnic area. Guests at Austral Place 88 via Merri River are welcome to enjoy windsurfing and fishing nearby, or make the most of the sun terrace.

The nearest airport is Portland Airport, 64 miles from the accommodation.
